Fabrication Facility
Our Vermont Verde Antique serpentine stone processing/fabrication facility located in Barre, Vermont is capable of processing blocks and fabricating kitchens and cut-to-size jobs. Our equipment includes three 3.5 meter blade saws capable of cutting the green slabs to any thickness for custom jobs and unique needs; a twelve head line polisher, one of the few in North America, able to produce finishes such as polished, honed and brushed; a large wire saw with the capacity to cut slabs 16’x8’; a contour wire saw for curved work and other intricate projects; plus numerous gantry bridge saws for custom cut-to-size jobs.
Having our own facility gives our clients a big advantage by being able to select from our large inventory of serpentine slabs and blocks stored inside our 40,000 square foot building for year round viewing. With everything in one place we are able to reduce waste, lower transportation costs and shorten turnaround times to save you both time and money.
We employ a staff of experienced craftsmen and can professionally complete any job from a residential kitchen to the largest custom cut-to-size work.
